The public bath was good, with a nice temperature. It was an easy walk (about 10 minutes on well-lit streets) from the hotel to the station, which was especially useful as there was a train to the airport which I needed the following day (actually a train to the domestic airport, but there's a free shuttle which then takes you to the international one, with clear signs pointing to it). I got to the hotel later than originally intended and was too tired to go out looking for dinner, but there seemed to be a number of restaurants and food stores nearby (including at the station). The bed was comfortable and the individual bathtub in my ensuite (although I didn't actually use it) was a little wider than that in some of the other hotels I stayed in elsewhere in Japan, and would have probably been a little easier to go from sitting to standing position after a bath.

Staff put us in the best location, the 14th floor near the furoba (public bath) and lounge. Excellent breakfast. Nice touch to have steak and eggs and a wide assortment of food. Both western and Japanese. Room size typical for Japanese hotel. Having a room for up to 5 people created a very high ceiling that made the size of the room feel much bigger. Sound proofing great. Could not hear people going to the furoba nor the people next door. Very secure for women to enter their furoba (bath area), which required a special code to access. An 11 am check out time was great. Nice to have separate toilet, wash basin and shower/tub was a nice amenity. Very special toilet. Flushed on its own after using. 3 large twin size bed - great. The counter space great to accommodate two women and myself. Lots of electrical outlets.

This hotel feels so luxurious, I'm sad we only stayed one night. We chose it because it was near Hakata station (we had to go to Hakata airport early in the morning) and they have a shared bath. It is still a good 10-15min walk though from hakata station. The personnel was so nice and allowed us to store our luggage before check in. The structure of the hotel is very nice with a "hole" in the middle lol The room we chose was a bit small even if we only had carry on luggage. If you have big luggage it may be problematic. The breakfast was so nice ! A lot of choice The shared bath was very clean and calm. They have a sky lounge where you can have a free sink and admire the view, it is ok. Would recommend 100%

The breakfast was excellent with wonderful fresh salads and roast beef plus Japanese noodles, dont expect a traditional European breakfast other than little pancakes with maple syrup. Washing machines and dryers were great to have when staying two weeks you could go home with most clothes clean. Nice lounge with chilled water and free soft drinks available, Mens warm bath. Pyjamas provided so that you could go to the warm baths relaxed. Location was good and quiet, we could sleep well. The cleaning staff were wonderful with fresh towels everyday as needed.

- Staff is nice and willing to help. - bathtub is good, especially, after a long walking day. - location is not too far or very close from Hakata station. You need to walk 10-15 minutes. Walkway is in good condition. There are 7-11 and Lawson nearby.
